Business activities in Xingtai, Handan, Langfang and Cangzhou have already been resumed. In order to support these efforts, close collaboration is being maintained across all teams, covering customer order management, logistics scheduling and after-sales services. Meanwhile, the production and warehousing departments have been fully readied, ensuring that manufacturing and supply remain stable.
Over the past two decades, ongoing growth has been achieved by ZJS_Rubber, backed by five branch offices and over 140 skilled professionals. A repurchase rate of 78.4% and a customer satisfaction rate of 97.6% have been recorded, reflecting a steady commitment to product quality and service reliability. In the coming year, it is hoped that deeper collaboration will be pursued with more partners, with the aim of laying a solid foundation for future progress.
Further investment in research and development, as well as in refining manufacturing processes, is planned by ZJS_Rubber to enhance product performance and quality. In parallel, a proactive approach to digitalisation and intelligent transformation is being taken, utilising AI and automated systems to improve supply chain efficiency and the overall customer experience.
